Zaki is a food companion that helps you explore your tastes and keep track of meals. The app is currently in prerelease testing.

For help with Zaki, account access, privacy requests or deletion problems, email team@zakilabs.ai. Zaki is operated by Laith Abuhaija.

Describe the issue and the approximate time it occurred. Do not send passwords, SMS verification codes, payment card numbers or DoorDash session credentials.

Account and data deletion

In Zaki, open Me and choose Delete my account. If deletion cannot complete, contact us at the email above. We may need to resolve an outstanding account or payment operation. Deleting Zaki does not delete your DoorDash account, cancel a provider order or erase records held by independent service providers.

Food and orders

For ingredient, allergen, food quality, fulfillment, refund or delivery issues, contact the restaurant or the service that fulfills your order. Do not rely on an AI suggestion or meal photo analysis to decide whether a food is safe for an allergy.
